No customer service skills at all. Would not deal with this company after they fitted a totally inadequate aerial. Could only get the Wales transmitter! Not prepared to correct the problem after charging 170. Avoid and check the other reviews!

Not geared up for landlords. My rental property was damaged during recent storm, used this company before to replace previously failed aerial so opted to use them again. Agreed to pay via BACS as previously, or for tenants to pay and send me receipt. Refused to give invoice/receipt and demanded cash then left aerial in a dangerous hanging situation after tenant refused. Attempted to phone to discuss in civilised way to see what the misunderstanding was but got a load of abuse from the operator who then hung up on me - all I was trying to do was to establish the facts of what happened and to offer payment over the phone. Lost a previous loyal customer - said on the phone 'we don't need the work, so won't be going back'. Shame really.

One of the rudest, aggressive, horrible man in a trade I have come across. Absolutely useless. 180 down and not even a working aerial. refused to fix his mistakes was aggressive and rude when fitting, not a person you want near your home. Avoid at all costs. absolute cowboy Would give zero stars if possible !

I wish i could give this company ZERO stars. They fitted an aerial at a neighbours house. The neighbour are pensions and disabled. The fitter drilled through a water pipe and had left then with a large hole in their wall. Terrible company . Please AVOID
