Excellent service from start to finish. The lady who answers the phone is very helpful and friendly. Skip arrived on the date stated, placed exactly where I had requested (despite me not being there) and was taken away when requested (again without me being there). 60yrs old and the first time I've ever hired a skip.. I knew absolutely nothing about skips or the rental of one.. But a very nice and polite lady with a massive amount of patience answered the phone and talked me through it all (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name).. One week later the skip showed up and out of the cab jumps a really upbeat and friendly chap called Mike... What a true professional he is.. Very knowledgeable about the placement and how to fill it and really took time to explain how it all works once he realised I was a "first timer"... So far both people I've had contact with from this company have both been brilliant for someone like me... So when I called yesterday to arrange pickup I expected to talk to someone just as professional... Eavan answered my call and once I explained this was my first time and how difficult it was to get the wagon into my courtyard at the end of a cul-de-sac he was truly fantastic and again very helpful (seems to be a trait running through the staff at this company)... I asked for an early pick-up and Mike was here at 7am...perfect!...unfortunately... I let the side down by oversleeping (first time in 10yrs) so Mike couldn't get access... I called Eavan again at 3pm inquiring about a rough ETA for Mike?... Then found out I'd dropped the ball... But he just took it in his stride and made me feel like it's no problem we can arrange another time... Luckily for me Mike had just arrived at the office from his previous job and offered to come round to collect it now... Outstanding!... 15min later I was moving my car to allow him access with his wagon and he was just as cheery as his first visit... No mention of the earlier ball dropping by me... He saved my embarrassment... I was concerned I may have overloaded the skip slightly but he said "no problem" and with all the finesse of a kung fu instructor he launched the tarp across the skip tied it down and was ready to go... I have to say as a first timer... I picked these guys out of the yellow pages because they had good reviews... Well It turned out to be a very wise choice... I would have absolutely no qualms about recommending them to anyone... And if I ever need another skip I will definitely use Chester Waste Skip Hire... I hope the owners of the company realise the quality of the staff they have representing them...in conclusion... My first ever skip hire has gone perfectly... Thank you guys... Oh!... They were a lot cheaper than I had budgeted for too... Happy days Service: House & garage cleanouts
