So many times they've put me under anxiety and stress where they've got my medication so wrong. I've even gone on holiday and there's been tablets missing out of my gossip boxes and it has caused me getting cold turkey for 5 days on my holiday where I had no tablets and could not get any substitutes anywhere. And of the times I've had my tablets turn up late by 3 to 4 days. I've had to be on the phone so many times chasing them up as I was stressing as so bad without this was taken to management. Well I asked to talk to management several times and I never seem to have got them to phone me up to try and discuss this problem as he is not fair

The first year of using this service was excellent, until last October when my wife's prescription failed to arrive. This resulted in my wife's buffer of medicine being reduced. Since October she has exchanged countless emails with various individuals at PillSorted. On numerous occasions my wife has been promised that she'll receive double the prescription next time to make up for the missing delivery - thus allowing her to travel abroad without the risk of running out of medication. However, the promised delivery has never arrived. We have been going around in circles with this problem for 6 months, with no end in sight. A very stressful experience. Update: 30-03-2023. In response to Jason's reply below. Once again my wife's prescription failed to be delivered so shecontacted PillSorted at the end of March - who had previously confirmed that a double prescription had been ordered on the 7th of March. PillSorted replied to my wife and requested that she contact the pharmacy at the doctor's surgery herself to chase up the prescription - as they hadn't received the prescription. My wife enquired as to why PillSorted failed to inform her earlier and hadn't chased the issue themselves - but she received no reply. My wife contacted the surgery herself and they confirmed that they sent the prescription out on the 7th of March - but that PillSorted hadn't requested a double prescription - despite confirming that they had done in an email in an email to my wife. PillSorted failed in the following areas: 1) They didn't inform my wife that they hadn't received her prescription until she contacted them to enquire as to why it hadn't been delivered. 2) They made no attempt to chase the issue themselves - instead asking my wife to do so herself. In other words, delegating the service that they claim to provide to the customer. 3) They hadn't requested a double prescription to make up for the prescription that was missed last year - despite countless confirmations that they had done.
