        Good - knows about older Jags Bad - Chris happy to lie to your face saying hes doing/done something even when its obvious to you both that he hasnt. Never answers his phone or returns calls. Definitely dont take a Jag to him if its newer than 2000s - hasnt got a clue and cant log anything on Topix (the Jag servicing portal). Took me 3 hours to sort something he couldnt manage over 4 months. Avoid.
