I genuinely thought I was doing the right thing buying a more expensive paint for my summer house. I bought both French Grey and Gardenia. The paint was easy to apply and finish looked fantastic. Unfortunately when it rained the French Grey paint "leaked" an oily brown residue and it splashed all over the lighter Gardenia. I contacted the company and was called back by David. He asked if it wiped off, which is does. He promised to call me back once he had spoken to one of the 2 directors of the business who are both "paint chemists". That was nearly 3 weeks ago and no return call. I spent 90 mins washing down the summer house hoping that it would not come back and maybe it was just because paint was new and fresh... shouldn't have bothered as when it rained again it's now.worse than ever. Wish I'd just bought cheap Cuprinol instead of spending nearly 350 on Bedec Paint.

Not only are they the loveliest people with amazing quality paint as a company bedec have thei heart and values in the right place! Nothing is ever too much of an issue! Out of all the products we stock and suppliers we have Bedec is top and incredibly hard to match!

This review is about the service I received from this company. I call the company yesterday with a small problem with a batch of paint. after reviewing the problem with Chris, David the manager called me today to inform me that they would make me a new batch immediately and it was deliver to me at lunchtime, resolved in a faultless manner, top company.
