I was looking forward to a wonderful weekend with friends, but the weather had other plans. I took the difficult choice to avoid risking a drive to the Aymestry Lodges due to the recent shock snow and some places' blizzards. I informed the owners as soon as I made this choice, they showed no remorse. Instead, I was repeatedly told that I could not rebook or receive even a partial refund without travel insurance. I am aware that cancellation might have an impact on a company, but receiving no money back for something beyond my control strikes me as harsh and lacking in customer service. I'm led to believe that the only objective is to steal my money. Furthermore, It makes me wonder how I can foresee the weather when I hear that my cancellation was too late. Overall, I was let down by the owners' outdated customer service during a difficult economic period.

Girls Weekend in Beech and Ash One 6 bed & one 4 bed! We had the best weekend at this serene beautiful place.the cabins are immaculate, cosy, warm spacious and very well equipped with all things youd need! We hardly left the cabinsyou dont need too! I saw a previous review about toilet roll & dishwasher tablets in my experience this is just standard everywhere and we went well equipped with extras as it is a self catering lodge. The hot tub was immaculate as well as the decking area around it and it was used & well enjoyed throughout our stay. On our arrival there were some lovely toffee butter biscuits which were a nice little treat with a brew! Sabrina was easy to talk to/contact if we had any queries & she recommended some lovely walks within the local area. We had a weekend of absolute bliss & didnt want to leave. Will definitely be returning in the very near future. Thank you Sabrina & Mark x
