What kind of company . They cancel my order becouse i dont have number on my house address.What i can do if council last 50 years didnt gave numbers for the houses on this street. I live in Ireland and thats why here invented EIRCODE that could be easily finded needed house for postman or couriers, first time in my life this happened. Every time i do orders from all over the world and never had this issue. Every items been delivered without any problem.

Awesome company and staff. Very helpful, went above and beyond in fact to provide a solution do I can connect an in-line TDS meter to my first vessel that used with standard hozelock 3/4 in connectors.

Bought an apera ph tester. It wouldn't read the calibration fluid correctly and would show er1 error so was unable to calibrate. I sent it back for calibration. They tested it, said it was fine and sent it back uncalibrated. I still had the same problem. Bought new testing solutions and still won't calibrate. Waste of money! Nothing came with the package. No proof of testing of which I did not ask for. I asked for it to be calibrated and returned. I even wrote a message on the invoice incase of bad communication and still it was not calibrated.

My RO membrane container failed so i had no water production for my marine aquarium. I was unsure on the parts i needed. They emailed me back promptly with a list of all the bits. I ordered and it was dispatched on next day delivery. Everything was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks!

I had purchased an RO system a few years, ago but hadn't used it for some time. Now wanting to get more regular use out of it, I contacted Osmotics Ltd, where the helpful Mark was able to tell me that their excellent records show that I bought it back in 2011, and he was able to advise what replacement filters etc. I required to bring it back up to date and useable again. Excellent service, very prompt response to emails - overall, highly recommended.
