Canine Design

Have been using Jemma for many years for all my dogs, despite frequently changing appointments at last minute or asking us to come in early, I have never had a problem until recently. Jemma wrote my appointment down incorrectly on the card and I missed the appointment. Jemma text me and when I explained the issue she accused me of lying and then tried to accuse my daughter in law of writing the card. She insisted I pay for the appointment or she would cancel all future appointments. No consideration for the time we have been with her, nor for the fact that she had made the mistake. Shameful lack of customer service and absolutely unacceptable to accuse us of faking the card despite evidence that her handwriting matched. Shameful and I would avoid at all costs. We have now found a local groomer who is far better in every way.

Jemma is the absolute best groomer you could find in Aylsham. My dog is always happy to go into Canine Design and Jemma is so passionate about the grooming of your dog that they come out very happy. Would highly recommend going to Canine Design.

Very happy with Canine Designs in Aylsham. Jemma has great attention to detail and through making sufficient time available she is always able to achieve a superb groom. She provides a very reliable service and is always most accommodating with nothing ever being too much trouble. Highly recommend.
