        I bought a refurbished computer off them, it performed ok and then failed just outside of warranty. Turns out that it had an oversized graphics card installed that fried the power source. So who do you blame?.... i assume they bought it like that and resold it to me in good faith. So buyer beware?.... but what is a customer meant to do?.... dismantle their new purchase to check?.

        Really great, sent a message late at night expecting a reply next morning & unexpectedly heard straight back, a phone call at 10 next morning resulted in a W10 to my spec collected by 3.30! Thoroughly recommend, great service and a powerful pc, with a 12 month warranty, at half the price of PCW.

        customer service is so important and it didnt dissapoint. Curtiss was mega helpful and patient when i went to purchase a laptop.. spent AGES talking me through things that i was ignorant about! and accomodating when i had to return it for an error which was rectified by changing laptops, which was no problem at all.. very pleased.. would recomend.
