Back in Motion Aylsham

Was referred to Back In Motion following a whiplash injury. My physio Vaishnavi was excellent. Her expertise was reassuring and gave confidence, she explained things well to me, gave great guidance for exercises to do between sessions and really helped me recover quickly from the pain. I cant recommend Vaishnavi enough.

I have recently started a course of treatment and all my dealings with the Aylsham branch have been excellent. The physio and massages with both Peter and Gemma have eased my problem. Always a friendly face on reception and phone. I am looking forward to starting pilates classes in the near future

I had Deep Vein Thrombosis in my left leg in 2022 and prior to this I felt I was a really fit and active person who enjoyed running, but my condition destroyed my confidence that I would be able to regain my strength and fitness back to where it was. In just a few sessions, Vaishnavi gave me the encouragement and focus to start regaining my leg strength and equipped me with the right level of programmes for me to make my progress. I am pleased to say that my leg is pretty much now symptomless in such a short space of time, thanks to her help and I now have my drive and confidence back to attain the fitness levels I had before my DVT.

Excellent practice. Very well organised with great communications. My physio, Stanley Ho is a great guy. Very skilled in his profession. I went in full of pain and incapacity and came out a new man. I would recommend anyone to go here to get physio and pain relief. 5 stars plus
