My husband recently took our aging Honda Jazz for diagnostic of a loud clanking sound from the underside. Nick and colleague took time to assess the problem, determining that this was a heat shield bolt failure. They then took further time establishing whether this section was necessary for UK climate and reported that for the age of the car it would not be cost effective to replace. The assessment was done FOC despite a busy workshop. We appreciate their help.

After hitting a pot hole on the way to work the other Sunday morning I ended up with a flat tyre, I gave Tyre Tech a call first thing the Monday morning & spoke to Nick (not mike/mick like I kept calling him ) who couldnt have been more helpfulgot a lift to the unit & they drove me to where my car was to put some air in the tyre so that I could at least get it to the unit for him to have a look at, bearing in mind they had lots booked in nothing was too much trouble & on further inspection the rim of the tyre was bentNick very kindly explained that it could be resolved & he fitted me in there & thenjust over an hour later I had a call to say it was all done! Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to endvery reasonable price wise to! I would definitely use Tyre Tech againthank you once again for coming to the rescue
