We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend. Its hard to find this calibre of hotel in Norfolk, and this was a real gem - the check in and out was super easy, the room was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated, the bed was really comfy and the shower was great. Even the entrance hallways have been done up to a high standard. It was perfect for the one night we needed and well located for good local pubs or market towns to visit. They were also very helpful with a later check out which made our morning much more relaxed. We really loved it - thank you!

As most people say lovely rooms, with cost @140. each for the 2 room without breakfast we had tailors and bicuiteers, I feel that as that its top on the price range i would have expedited all the detail to match price, my disappointments were small TV for size of room (tailors) i would like a smiley face to greet us, an cumbersome entry system, if you have to have an entry system maybe an electronic key better add a few rugs to the laminated flooring and a wooden stick to stir your tea at 140.00 come on !!!!!!!!! what does a metal spoon cost? i feel you could have done more for the price. its about the whole experience to us. not just the decor. i stay at lots of luxury rooms thorough out uk. for the price i feel its about 20.000 over priced. if you love wonderful decorated and well furnished rooms. its wonderful.

The place is gorgeous and very clean. I stayed in the Tailors room -- beautiful! I love how the old parts of the building are incorporated into the new design. Everything was fantastic, except that because the market is nearby, there is a lot of noise in the morning starting around 6am -- glass bottles getting dumped into a truck and lots of delivery trucks. I had all the windows open because of the hot temperatures this week, so maybe it isn't as bad when the windows are closed. That said, I'd stay here again -- but will try another room on the other side.
