Fitness instructer was average, i was concered as he, himself was quite overweight. This is never a good sign as ideally you want someone who is at least able to look after themselves. Nice seletion of buiscuits though.

The staff were nice and relaxed and the setion wasnt to intense which was good for my old body. The biscuit range was delightful. Great experience!
