Was really pleased to hear that they were taking on NHS patients so emailed straightaway and had a response asking for details and contact number so as they could call us and make a appointment and then register my wife also phoned up and stayed in a que for about 17 mins and was number 7 in que when she got to number 2 in the que she was cut off so she phoned back and left a message but did not hear anything back so I emailed today to be told they had not received any messages from us or phone calls so we sent proof to them and then another excuse materialised that they had not received any call or message from us strange considering I have proof of two calls being made on the date I mentioned not very good customer service to be made feel I was lying

Rude staff who have no interest in helping even when 111 told to call them Avoid, do not use, wouldn't bother wasting time calling them

My wife saw mr Plamen Tsankov on Tuesday, she told me he was the best dentist she had ever seen, so friendly and professional especially as she is very nervous, the staff were so friendly and professional, i would highly recommend this practice. Thankyou to everyone

I reviewed this dentist 2 years ago and gave it a low rating. Changes have been made and they are working hard to put things right. Staff are friendly as are the dentist, Both went out of their way to make us feel at ease. Appointments are now being upheld and not cancelled ( in our experience). Dentist who takes care of our appointments is lovely and seems to go the extra mile to make the family feel as relaxed as you can be in a dentist.

Had my first appointments with Plamen Tsankov this week and the whole experience was brilliant. Plamen and all of the staff were welcoming and considerate. MyDentist Aylsham is so much better than my old dental surgery.
