Only two tills open and many people with filled trollies backing up the aisles. Asked the 'supervisor' who was standing there staring into space, if they could open some more tills please?
Just got a one word of NO as an answer!
Talk about waste of space, she was doing nothing but standing and watching the mayhem - I've seen a more proactive lamp post in my time!
Most of the staff are usually brilliant however, but they clearly need more help here.
