Great pool at the site which is available for exclusive private hire. Hadn't been able to go there for quite a long time due to the circumstances of the last few years. Went there recently though and the pool is even better than it was before with new tiling in the pool house! I've hired quite a lot of private pools over the years but Mermaid river pool as it's known is definitely one of the most luxurious. It was great to be back! An absolutely stunning facility!

We have used this property several times to host a running retreat and it is amazing. So well equiped to cook for a large group, the use of the pool for an hour each day is great, the runners loved the hot tubs and it is right on the trails for easy access to Aylsham town, Blickling, Reepham etc. Noticed another review said it is quiet, yes it is and that is the beauty of it! You have so much space just for your group to leave the daily stresses behind! Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic Stay at Warren House. Very large home with big rooms, an enormous games room for everyone to hang out with. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard. The house is also set in beautiful grounds, surrounded by woods. The tennis court and the swimming pool are both excellent and were well enjoyed by our group. A great place to stay with family or friends and the local market town of Aylsham is also worth visiting.
