        This review is purely for the customer service I received from Jamie-Leigh who I believe was covering at this store on this date (27th April 2023)... such a friendly welcome, was patient with my order and genuinely looked happy to be working there and serving... A brilliant brand ambassador - Starbucks are very lucky to have her on their team! :)

        Sadly this Starbucks in particular seems to have fallen off a bit. The customer service was really bad with only 2 staff left to handle both the drive through and walk in. Lady who took the order today came across as having a bit of an attitude and really took her sweet time to get orders through, taking 15 minutes for 2 cupachino's and another 10 or so minutes for a single latte for another customer and I cannot comment on the other lads as she was clearly very new I wish her well.
