This is an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful countryside with lots of horses, ponies and donkeys that have been rescued in quite a number of cases from abuse and neglect or have been given sanctuary for other reasons such as Ill health on the part of the owners etc. The animals are well cared for and looked after by the highly committed staff who run the sanctuary. As well as the horse paddocks, there's also a nature walk as well and a nice gift shop and cafe run by really friendly staff with the proceeds from the sales also going towards the care of the animals. It's a delightful place in a beautiful location run by lovely people. Can't wait to return again in the future!

This is such a relaxing place to go, and definitely worth a visit. It was really lovely to see the ponies, donkeys and horses are so well cared for. The cakes in the cafe are amazing and they sell a range of other food too which we didn't sample. The shop has a very extensive range of all sorts of gifts. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Plenty of ponies and horses to see and when you read up in the education center on what ,how and why they are doing it makes you realise what an smazing job they are doing caring for these animals who on the shole have been mistreated and kept in appalling condition. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
