We had our flu jab at this boots branch and the staff behind the till were lovely. We had arrived 10 minutes early to make sure we were on time and 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment we were still waiting. No problem with waiting but when I asked how long it would be until we were seen because my husband has a phobia of needles and we both had to get back to work ourselves, the pharmacist was not happy! Rather than apologising and explaining she was busy she simply said, just because you book for a time doesnt mean youll get seen at that time?! Her office was 1 metre from where we were sitting, she could have easily opened the door and said, sorry to keep you waiting, 10 minutes and Ill be with you - her behaviours was just rude and unnecessary especially when shes about to give you a jab! Will go elsewhere next time to both of our reliefs Im sure!
