The quality of the house and construction is very good (way better than other new builds Ive experienced before) and on meeting one or two of the guys who built it its clear they have real pride in what they do.
I would say that the Persimmon head office put us under a lot of pressure initially to complete unrealistically quickly, although in the end this was more pressure than anything real.
