        Had major issues with my parcel was told Id be delivered it today. By 2 separate people (1 being a live chat robot, which took me about 3000 tries to be able to get in contact with anyone, and the other being an email) was promised it would be delivered. Nothing. Had no updates nothing. Worst customer service I have ever received

        Didnt leave a card when they said they did, and took it back to the delivery office (instead of leaving over gate, by the door or with a neighbour) saying theyd deliver tomorrow. Well tomorrow was yesterday and Ive heard nothing.
