after much chasing and pestering I did get the goods I paid for. Sadly they are excellent carpenters but not very good at customer service, clearly they had a cash flow problem but after many emails I did get my order. It is lovely and many visitors to my home comment on the quality of the cupboard and it will be a family heirloom I am sure. so come on Jaxon Joinery you are excellent at what you do just produce your orders and get your books in order. We are aware we have had covid and it hit everyone in business but a big thank you for doing our order. Service: Custom carpentry services

We actually gave them a chance. To anyone reading this - the negative reviews are genuine, on here and on trust pilot. They are liars and have a lot of claims stacked up against them.

Avoid giving this company your money. Look at reviews online (other than the ones they have bought). We paid in full for a kitchen island unit in August 2020 with an agreed lead time of 6-8 weeks which we have never received (nearly 7 months later). This seems to be the case for every person who has done the same. Can't get hold of them, apart from automated messages, full of excuses. Do your due diligence. They might try to pretend I'm not a genuine customer, but I am and I have correspondence, invoices and receipts to prove it. I want a refund for goods that have never materialised and I suspect never would have. Also known as Furniuk. I think it dishonest to ask for full payment for something upfront and then not produce it, nor refund the money. Please look at reviews online for more clarification - and be wary of those that are obviously taken/bought from another company. Very unprofessional at best. We did finally get a refund last April, having ordered the August before. This was almost certainly due to the fact that I am lucky enough to have journalist contacts and was about to send articles to all local press about this. Whatever you do, don't part with a penny upfront, as you'll almost certainly never get it back, if your 'unit' doesn't appear.
