Stonecraft Driveways installed wooden fence panels and concrete posts in my 100ft long back garden in December 2019. I found the company online. They completed the job very quickly and the fence initially looked very good. However, I later found two old wooden post still attached to the concrete base left in the garden, buried underneath rubble from building work. They also burt the remaining wooden panels instead of taking them away. I out of the house when this was done. Unfortunately, I then realised that the first fence panel was not attached to a concrete post and a single peice of wood was used to prop it up against the building. This quickly fell apart during a storm and the fence bangs in heavy winds. It is also a security risk. Tjis would have taken them less than 15minutes to fix. It is now August 2020 and despite numerous phone messages and text messages, Tommy repeatedly said that they are very busy but that he would return to fix this single panel but has never done so. He does not return phone message or text messages. I appreciate the lockdown challenges between March-July, however the after service from this company has been appalling and I will never use this company again. I am not normally someone who writes a review, but I felt that I need to worn others. Please be careful and check their work immediately if you do decide to use them.

I had some block paving done earlier in the year. They were cheap but the quality of the workmanship wasn't that great. Subsequently, I have had puddles forming on the patio that needed attention. In all fairness, the operative did offer, reluctantly, to put it right. However, I decided to use another more professional block paver to do the work. The moral of the story is clear: "good ain't cheap and cheap ain't good"! Ultimately, I only myself to blame for using these chancers in the first place.
