I have worked for superior coming up for just over a month now trainer pete was fab made sure everything was understood the recruitment process was fab from start to finish thanks (kaylea and beth) and also its all part as working as a team as along the way I have met some really nice other superior staff always learning whilst on the job couldn't of asked for a more rewarding and welcoming job

Brilliant staff, everyone is so friendly and approachable. Ample amount of training, no question is silly - they encourage you to ask so they can help if needed. Clients are lovely and plenty of work when wanted. They really do invest in their staff which is rare for a company these days.

Ive worked for Superior Healthcare since 2014, they are by far the best agency's I've worked for. Excellent training is provided, and is always current with the Health care industry. Everyone in the Whitstable and Maidstone offices are very friendly and are always helpful. My main care coordinator Callum (Whitstable) is always supportive, understanding and helpful, assisting me to fit my work around my family life.
