My girlfriend and I recently purchased a new build property on Hermitage Park (phase 4) from Croudace. Having heard many horror stories of moving into new builds we were a little apprehensive, and whilst there were a few challenges (which is expected with any home move, and mainly was linked to the selling of our previous property), the whole process was straightforward and we are both delighted with the quality of our house. Whilst the build completion date did slip by a couple of weeks and we were close to our mortgage expiring, the team worked hard to ensure that this date was not missed. We were able to meet with the site director to understand what work was outstanding and the likely timescales. I would like to give thanks to Russell (site manager), Martha and Suzie (Sales Team) for being so approachable and supportive. Martha in particular was our main point of contact throughout the whole process and she was extremely friendly and honest - shes a real asset to the company. The quality of the house is superb and so far have yet to identify a single issue (fingers crossed), however Croudace have an aftercare team who are on hand to fix anything as part of a 2 year guarantee. We had a relatively large choice of options for the kitchen, bathroom tiles, and paint which allowed us to tailor design our home. I would recommend Croudace as a developer given our experience.
