ordered item over 12 months ago, gave them benefit of the doubt due to covid/difficulties with supplies etc. Finally given a delivery date one week ago but since then nothing. Have left messages/phoned /e mailed Jankana but no response. The measure of a good company is how they respond to problems. BE AWARE

After months of waiting for my order, I eventually received my Chiminea. However, there were a number of issues with the item: 1. The quality of the product is poor. Many parts and bolts are not flush, and it looks cheap. 2. The instructions are on the verge of impossible to interpret. It is incredibly frustrating to have had so many parts and no clear instructions to follow. 3. A part of the Chiminea snapped as I was tightening up to get the bolt flush. 4. A washer is missing on the door hinge 5. The handle for the door is missing. UPDATE: I am pleased to report that Jakana Trading have offered me a partial refund and are sending me the replacement parts in the post, which brings this to a close. Whilst this wasn't the experience I had hoped for, I am satisfied that with the eventual outcome.

If I could rate zero I would.We had the large cast master pizza oven delivered 26/5.We called (no answer) and emailed that we were disappointed with the quality,it had several chips of paint missing ( repainted the oven using stovax thermolac paint) and a dent in the base which it sits on,the cooking grill was too big for the recess its supposed to sit in.After a week of not returning phone calls they replied to one email saying they couldnt see the problem and to try and insert the grill the other way (Like I hadnt tried that already).After having it for a week and seemingly not getting anywhere with the company we decided that we would light it and on 1st fire the cast iron cooking grill cracked.Again emailed the company who reply that they cant see anything in the photos.Ive decided that its going to be an expensive (349) very short lived item that if Im lucky might last more than a year as I dont see me getting anywhere with their customer service and at times the stress isnt worth it.Do yourselves a favour and buy a Weber BBQ,ours was 150 and is over 10 years old and it will still outlast this Chinese made cast iron junk.The photo shows the invisible crack. Update 12/06/2020 Because of our frustration at the lack of customer service and posting this review I have had a response :) which goes, Your probably realise you found our silence mid dealing with your complaint as you choose to leave us a bad review before we had resolved your issues. So it seemed to us you had already formed an opinion before you left your review Kinds Regards Customer services. This was copied word for word from their very lovely email and I notice it was from the excellent customer service department.Given the current world situation good luck with your business moving forward.
