Have been using The Great Cake Warehouse for the 3 years now I have been trading as Alices Home Bakes. I have tried others places on occasion for particular sprinkles etc but no where lives up to the same standard. Always posted and received promptly the next working day. Excellent prices and great customer service on the odd occasion something has been out of stock they always call to offer an alternative. Wont use anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!

Only ever had 1 problem which was quickly rectified without any problems. Great service always! Has helped me out so much during the corona period to still keep business alive. Very professional, even with regular updates about your order being processed and delivered! Highly recommend!

Edit: after the shop replied below. I had actually replied by email to ask about how the courier can return to get fully refunded after they offered me whether I would take 30% or return product to get full refund. After I replied to get a full refund and asked about the courier cost they never replied to any emails ever again even though I have kept following up with them since Jan. I wondered why the shop has been ignoring me until I had reviewed them on social media and got threatened by them on instagram and they reported me on social media outlets? Is it fair for a customer once I paid full price and received a damaged product that the shop hasn't responded about the courier until I went public about the fact that I experienced that I had got threatened? Anyone curious what's going on please go to Instagram. Now the worst part is not that their inability to engage about the courier to get the refund anymore but that I have been threatened in public, the shop shared half the story to shame me on instagram and called me a liar. Be careful of buying from this company, they sent me a damaged cake tin and rejected any responsibility when i asked for a full refund and wanted to return it. The company has no longer responded once I was looking for a courier to return the product after they sent me a damaged one. Also the cake packaging they sent to me looks so old like a reused one, with scratches. I suggest you to buy from other decent shops, there are many cake supplies shops which are genuine unlike this one.
