        I gave 2 stars only because the drivers are lovely, but I would give 1 star to the company due to lack of communication with clients. My autistic son travels to school by this company, and I cannot say a bad word about drivers, I met 2, and both of them are wonderful and kind. I am disappointed with the lack of communication by the company when the drivers are changing. It is impossible to call the number, is voice mail straight away. I need to chase up new driver to contact me because the company does not even bother to inform me as a parent about changes. They should support SEN kids, but there is no communication by them! My son goes to school on Monday, I need to go to work, but I do not even know who will collect my son and from where (I do not have access to the road). This is very unprofessional and not fair for an autistic person and family.
