        I signed up with Citytalk in October 2022, they have taken over all my telecom, electricity and security, very friendly staff and easy to use, Matt has been great, had a few minor issues that were sorted immediately Highly Recommended

        What does it take to just apologise ? Total mess made of my invoices but arrogant, rude woman [ " group accounts receivable exec " ] has made me question my 20 year loyalty to this company. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

        Service is appalling. We have had a line not working for 2 weeks, the support team do not respond until you have to email multiple times. The support team (I dealt with Shay) tell you that it is being passed onto an account manager but refuse to give you details of the account manager - taking you round in circles. Avoid at all costs - a lot of better telecommunication companies out there.

        They do what they say will do and yet still manage to over deliver. I've yet to meet a Citytalk engineer that isn't knowledgeable and super helpful
