        Booked a month in advance. On the day had to call to see where they were didn't have booking despite email confirmations. Then did come but different car to the one I'd been text about, stank of stale smoke, drove very fast, then refused to take further two passengers down the road unless he had a further 5. Price had been agreed a month in advance! Avoid. Dishonest and bad communication.
