Awful i wish there was a zero star option. Absolutely regretting not looking at these reviews before hand as that would have spared the upset from today. i booked a taxi for my husband and it didn't show up. When we originally complained we got told there was no record of officially booking online and they continued to deny although we had proof of payment and a reference number; we ended up having to rebook the taxi again and still haven't been refunded not to mention this made my husband more than half and hour late to work - absolutely fuming i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

If there was a zero rating, I would have chose this. Avoid!!! They are unprofessional and unreliable. The taxi was booked a week in advance for our trip. We phoned half an hour before our pick up time of 6.30 and was told our taxi would get to us for 6.20. We phoned again at 6.40 and was asked if we had booked our taxi. It eventually turned up just after 7. There was no apology. We wanted to pay by card which he begrudgingly did (he was trying to get us to go to a cashpoint but we refused).

Avoid using this company. They took my money even though they didn't have the booking on the system, never refunded despite several attempts to get our money back.
