The Barbour jacket I took to get dry cleaned was ruined with the material going weird like it had bubbled up and looked awful. I spent months chasing this down and finally Barbour with a gesture of good will said they would give me a new jacket not Timpsons whom messed this up!
The second jacket was from Topman and loved this jacket, you know that jacket that looks nice wish you had bought a spare or two this was the one for me. They has basically cleaned this and the jacket then looked faded . I have been looking for ages to get a replacement but just cent find the right one to fill its place. After months of waiting and chasing all they did was give me 50 very disappointed with the outcome to the jackets, the resolution and the amount of time I had to chase.
Avoid them as all costs it will end up costing you more.
