It used to be a great little company then the business was sold and things got really bad under new ownership. If you deal with them, expect:
- being completely ignored
- communication / correspondence full of errors and missing information
- letters sent out late
- no response to your emails... etc.
A shockingly unprofessional company to deal with.
If only there was a way to give them a zero star rating... One is too good!
