        Came out. Couldn't do the job (couldnt pull out a fitted gas oven as "it was stuck on something") tried for 5 minutes. Left saying he couldn't even recommend what to do with it. Ps. Another gas engineer removed it and isolated the gas in bout 20 mins. Lady on the phone and booking process was very good a swift though.
