Farmhouse Pizza

Had a Kebab pizza from here and when i arrived home to eat I realised there was no meat on it and travelling back for a replacement was not a option at the time and to be told on the phone they can not do anything unless I returned.

We always have gone to Farmhouse for pizzas for 3 years and have enjoyed everytime, however this time my partner found a small metal piece inside his slice. We called the restaurant to let them know just so this wouldnt happen in future and they didnt seem to care. I wouldnt write a review normally but I wouldnt want anyone to be caught out in the future.

I've been getting farmhouse pizza for the last month or so after getting a bit bored of Dominos/Pizza Hut. You get great pizza and value which is 5 stars in itself really. However, yesterday I was really impressed with the customer service too. Farmhouse is usually always fast delivery, but on this occasion they were fast but gave us the wrong pizza. They recognised this as they delivered it and told me that I could keep it and my actual order was still coming. That's incredible service and rarely does that kind of thing happen without a customer having to complain about it and then be told the orders coming. Really impressive and of course, will keep coming back.
