Worst service in the UK I needed a widow motor because my widow stayed open and they answered that they can not fix it in the next two months even if the spare part arrives within two days. The one star is flattering for this company!

My experience was a great one Neil at Perry's Aylesbury was extremely helpful, polite worked in a timely manner car was ready to drive away with no delays, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to use Perry's @Aylesbury, outstanding customer service.

I bought a used car from Perrys Aylesbury last week and was delighted with the overall experience. Initial browsing of their very informative and detailed website meant that many of my questions were answered before I set foot in the used car lot. Booking an appointment for a viewing was fast and easy. Once on site the very helpful salesman, Neil, was able to answer any remaining questions and supervise the test drive. On completion of the sale my bank attempted to throw a spanner in the works. So while I was on the phone to them Neil helped greatly by registering my details with DVLA for road fund payment and completing all the transfer documents on my behalf. Yes, there was an invitation to add some "extras" but I never felt unduly pressured and my negotiations regarding the part exchange of my old car were dealt with very reasonably. All in all an excellent experience. I hope my new car lasts for many years yet but when the time comes for a replacement I shall certainly visit Perrys first.
