Lovely cut, we took our Old English Sheepdog there as they have fantastic knowledge of this particular breed. Hes quite difficult to cut but they showed a lot of patience and the cut looks great. Thanks

Lovely lady Jayne, with the patience of Job... my little man looked very handsome, sorry about his nervousness. Next time he'll hopefully be better with you and enjoy his grooming experience. We will be back!

Never had a dog groomed by these people, but the fact that they park in a disabled bay at Tesco's Aylesbury, WITHOUT a blue badge, for their own lazy convenience, shows they have no respect, and this clearly shows in the reviews by dissatisfied customers. If I had a dog, I would not go to these people.

Kind, caring personal service, Jane really cares about the dogs and gives them a fantastic wash and cut whilst taking into account their needs and stress. Low prices, would highly recommend!

Does not even deserve one star! Took our Bischon Frisee in today for a groom and he looks appalling!Looks like he has been through the ringer! Uneven cut and not washed properly! When I picked him up the lady said he was very matted and so she took a little longer! Also said that he did not like the drier(although he has been groomed numerous times with no problem!)Was not happy! Anyway took him home in disgust after paying and decided to complain so called her . Got her husband who said she was out and that I had a very matted dog and if I was calling to abuse the lady it wasn't going to happen. He was very abusive on the phone and told me to take my business elsewhere! I am still in shock! Avoid like the plague!You will NOT get your money's worth!!
