The sessions were initially outdoors to work within the Covid restrictions in place at the time.
Now my weekly pt sessions are taken in Gareths studio. I train with The fitness Division 3 times per week and pt once a week.
Gareth is a great instructor, he is tough but fair and very encouraging. The sessions have transformed me both physically and mentally.
I highly recommend both The Fitness Division boot camp and G S Fitness!
