Gareth is a fantastic trainer! I came to him to get back into fitness and his training was perfect for what I needed. He is very knowledgeable and offers great advice on stretches to avoid injuries. I was seeing progress after just a few sessions and it has helped strengthen by knees. I can highly recommend Gareth!

I have been having weekly PT sessions with Gareth for the past year. The sessions were initially outdoors to work within the Covid restrictions in place at the time. Now my weekly pt sessions are taken in Gareths studio. I train with The fitness Division 3 times per week and pt once a week. Gareth is a great instructor, he is tough but fair and very encouraging. The sessions have transformed me both physically and mentally. I highly recommend both The Fitness Division boot camp and G S Fitness!

Gareths PT sessions have been instrumental in helping me overcome a bad shoulder injury. He knows what he is doing and sets the level of workout to constantly improve my strength and stamina over time. He definitely gets the best from me with a lot of encouragement, and I am extremely happy with my progression. I would not have recovered so well or physically improved to where I am today without him. I would highly recommend G.

If you are in or around the Aylesbury area and want to get fit or train for a specific reason then I would definitely recommend Gareth. The gym is set up nicely with everything you need, Gareth knows what he is doing and every session is a quality workout thats pushes you to your limits. He has helped me train to develop more strength for climbing so specific workouts to suit what I need. Very knowledgeable, professional and fun
