        I have trained with Jordan for the past two years now and it has been absolutely incredible. First off he is always supportive in any and all of your goals and always goes out of his way to tailor your training towards your needs. And second, he always pushes to succeed even on days when you dont feel like it, Jordan will make you want to give it your best! I would recommend powerlifting and strength training to anyone that is interested in it; its helped me with previous knee problems and helped me gain confidence in the gym. I couldnt recommend this place enough! Sad to be leaving! :(

        Strongwoman class on a Sunday, pts are very knowlabale and the class is so welcoming and fun, puts you though your paces but love every second of it.
