Was ignored by staff when the store was near enough empty. Once i picked out my frames i was yet again ignored by staff. I had to more or less corner a staff member to listen to me as it was already pushing an hour me being there. They asked me to sit at their desk as they would be back in just a minute didnt see them again. I waited half an hour more than left. Felt like i was being judged as the receptionist shouted out that im on benefits and will be given a voucher. Very unprofessional and i will be moving to a different opticians.

Absolutely dread going to Aylesbury Specsavers, still cannot forget my last visit where they made me feel like I was a burden and that they were being forced to talk to me. The staff I can say are extremely rude and stuck up.

Early last week, I phoned to make an appointment - Expressing the alarming red patch appeared on my white in right eye; uncertain if it was an emergcy as it never happened before. The staff told me they had no appointments the rest of the day and to go to A&E instead. This Specsavers asssitant was not listening, cold, abrupt... She didn't care. She failed to represent Specsavers positively and diminished herself as a good human. Although I booked an appointment for the following day, I felt so angry that I decided to cancel the appointment. I had bad experience with this branch 8 eight years ago, since then I went to an independent Optician. However, they don't have the 3D scan. In view of the google 4 stars reviews, I assumed the new staff under new management(?) were better trained for customer 'care'. Personally speaking, eye sight is a delicate and vunerable matters as we aged, the last I need is to spend hundreds of to be spoken to with a bullying tone of voice. Perhaps I am unlucky! But should Specsavers Aylesbury's service be a matter of luck, especially it is not free!
