        I had such a positive experience at OE Aylesbury on Saturday. Amanda was very kind and caring, answering any questions I had, and going through the lasik procedure made me feel at ease. I am now booked into having the surgery in January all thanks to Amanda! I cant wait to get my sight back after wearing glasses since a toddler.

        Themselves arranged appointments for Saturday and they cancelled last minute on both occasions. I have refused to reschedule due to inconvenience caused. Tells you a lot about a place!

        Appalling customer service, I find it quite frankly embarrassing that a company of this scale had the audacity to leave me a voicemail stating that they have to move my appointment as there is no optometrist available after booking it in and sorting out a lift (as I was advised not to drive) as-well as booking time of work. In the voicemail I was told to call back to get an earlier time on the same date when I called back I was told they are shut on that day. And the next available appointment is the 17 days later. The lady on the phone stated its not our fault which I found extremely patronising and condescending. If they cant manage a simple calendar how can you trust this company with your eyes.
