I recently needed immediate respite care for my mum after repeated falls. June the manager was nothing short of a miracle worker, it is clear to me that she truly believes in quality care to everyone who walks through the door, whether they are a resident or family. An amazing place at a very difficult time.

My aunt spent the last 2 years of her life here being pampered with good chef prepared food. The staff were caring and looked after her well and June the home manager was exceptionally helpful at every stage.

I'm using my husband's profile to write this. My dear Dad was 94 when he had a fall and lost his independence. He needed to go into a home and was anxious about it - (as we all were)!. Fortunately we found Mandeville Grange. I am writing this review to reassure you if you need the services of a home - they are truly wonderful. We visited lots, and no matter what time of day or night we arrived we were greeted warmly. Dad was always content, his room was spotless and lovely acts of kindness were in abundance. I often heard the staff visiting patients in other rooms and the kindness and care was always evident. Sadly, our father passed away aged 96, but a few days before, he reassured me he was content and being looked after well - enjoying the food and care. We could not be more grateful to the amazing staff, and Nicoleta - the home manager for ensuring Dad was always treated as 'Dad' - a person that needed love, care and his own special ways. I recommend this home with all my heart. They are one in a million!
