Palace Nails

Hi Very disappointed with the services After reading the review this is my 1st-time Visit to Nail Palace I moved to Aylesbury recently. I have done my mail Acrylic I am not happy with the way she has done it she hasnt properly finished my nails, she asked me for45 and it was 35 I asked her if it was 35 and she said yes it give 40 extra 5 for another colour which she didnt inform me I might not use them again she was in rush and also she applied glue on my finger skin I understand it's my mistake but she should be more careful its not even week very disappointed Thanks Service: Acrylic nails

Always loved coming here but the last few times I have booked Ive been left waiting to be served for 45 minutes plus, when you have young children a trip out to the nail salon on your own is a TREAT and today it was totally ruined as after waiting 50 minutes I eventually gave up and walked out!! A totally wasted trip! Sorry to say I wont be returning, stop overbooking customers and apologise when you keep people waiting!

I have never had a good experience with Palace Nails. When you visit as a walk in for a treatment and they say they are fully booked. Fair enough places can get busy, but there is absolutely no compromise to try and accommodate. The lady on reception often smirks when letting me know she doesnt have any appointments. In future I call up to avoid disappointment on arrival, to be told they are fully booked. I enquired about the next day, also fully booked. I have sat and watched this lady turn particular people away but let other people in. When I called this evening it is almost like she couldnt be bothered to speak to me and had enjoyment in telling me it is the bank holiday weekend and that theyre too busy to see me at all. There is no compromise or level of customer service. The atmosphere is awful and you are made to feel like your business is not good enough.
