I bought a e scooter back in November 2020 its only had about 10hours use then the motor failed only to find out it hadn't been built properly the wheel come loose which hadnt been tighted correctly which damaged wires going in to motor its took me more than three week to get replacement motor which I've fitted and now I have more error codes on display and im finding it very hard to get help from both supplier and seller so think long and hard before you buy one because if it goes wrong you will have nothing but hassle trying to get it fixed and you have to fix it yourself its a joke

Purchased the scooter for my grandson. In a few months the main post snapped while riding. Although he fell, fortunately he was not seriously hurt. Imagine if this happened in traffic! Bucks Scooters suggested sending a new post so that we could fix it ourselves. I was not confident doing this. I have offered to drop off the scooter but have not heard anything from them and am very disappointed.

Ordered and delivered with no issue! Had the scooter for a month and it stopped charging was told to send it to the warranty place so I ended up taking it there myself in person. I then didnt see it again for 3months. At the end of January I was told it was fixed but he had no boxes to send it back (I told them I would go and collect but they never got back to me) anyways it was finally delivered back by a colleague on Thursday fully charged was told it was fixed although they hadnt bought the charger back with it so I couldnt tell if it had been fixed or not. Charger gets bought back the next day. I plug it in and charger pops and no longer works I thought it was a fuse so changed the fuse and it still doesnt work borrow a charger from a friend (before buying a new one to check if it is the charger or the scooter) and this charger ends up with smoke coming out of it! I am now getting no reply and been told that the issue needs to be dealt with the warranty person who has just had if for 3 months and the bucks-e scooters has shut down so basically its not his problem!!! Very poor and unprofessional!
