While I was dissatisfied, it provided better battery life compared to my old battery. A few months after, the battery is now starting to fail.

It dissolved Nov 9th 2021 and is trading illegally (see attached screenshot from Companies House).
They repaired a laptop for us before we realised and charged us for something that simply doesn't exist. We cannot get more details out of them as they avoid us when asking for further details.
