Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Aylesbury

Booked a car a week in advance on a corporate account, was supposed to be delivered at 8am but it never turned up. When I rang them, they said they had nothing available. I then asked to speak to the manager and put on hold for 1 hour. Once I had given up and rang back, the phone was answered by the assistant manager. Who informed me there was nothing he could do, no apologies, no attempt to sort the matter out, no answer as to why I was on hold for an hour. Truly terrible customer service, will never use this branch again

Had a rental car provided through the RAC. The customer service from booking all the way through to dropping the car back was brilliant. Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff throughout. Was greeted with smiles when walking through into the office and with 2 young children not overly happy they tried helping entertain them whilst getting everything sorted. Toby looked after us and helped get us set up in the car, showed me all the features and explained everything very thoroughly, The car was absolutely lovely, very clean and comfortable. Fortunately it didnt take long to get my car back so dropped it back early. They were very busy when we came in but again greeted with nothing but smiles and professionalism. Toby checked us out again and even though the weather was horrible, stood with me and took the time to explain the check out procedure and ensure we were all okay. Will definitely be using enterprise Aylesbury again and recommend them highly. Huge thanks to Toby and the rest of the team!

Wonderful Service, the lad who looked after us was very proffessional & explained everything with clarity I would advise anyone looking for Car Rental these are the people to go to. Servce with a Smile. Thank You.
