Went to get a new phone contract (31.03.23). The whole team was welcoming and helped me with every query I had! Big shout out to Joe, the gentleman who served me. After choosing my phone and contract he helped to resolve some issues I had in regards to my purchase. At this point I know I was being a bit of an inconvenience but Joe did it without any hassle which was much appreciated. He also provided me with a really good deal of a case, charger and screen protector for a reasonable price. All members of staff were clearly working over their normal hours to make customers happy which was great to see. Cheers guys!!

Had to go back 3 times to get a problem sorted out. The assistant manager was next to useless and really not interested in sorting out the problem. Thank god for just an assistant who was very helpful on the Sunday morning and did get our problem sorted but time and petrol waisted to get it sorted out when it should have been done at the time of purchase.

This shop is very helpful to us older people. The manager Paul and James and the young lady have been very helpful and very great giving service making me feel supported. I love the shop.
