        As a new member of the team I was welcomed by all and received very thorough training! The staff are incredibly friendly and competent and it was fantastic to see how they make a difference in peoples lives. Now Im out delivering care and its very rewarding, everything is very well organised and the service users give us great feedback! All round a fantastic company.
