        Louie and Neil are terrific. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Super helpful, knew exactly what they were doing and listened to exactly what we wanted. Really went out their way for us, top blokes, can't recommend them enough.

        initially called out for service on a back-boiler - they didn't attend - called and was tole another date - they didn't attend - finally agreed for them to come another evening. They attended and persuaded me to buy a new boiler. Organised a date and time across 3 days - they didn't attend and when phoned said they had had the wrong boiler delivered. they said would call me - that was 3 weeks ago - absolute time wasting rubbish
