Good in pre sales, mediocre to bad quality, bad in after sales. We have been buying several hundred enamel mugs from promo catering. The service regarding samples is outstanding. Very fast and free delivery. Unfortunately the quality of the products (enamel mugs) does not keep up with this. At least 20 % of the mugs we bought were very poor quality. We do not talk about typical enamel issues like blops but about sharp edges that cut fingers deeply in no time (fun fact: Sometimes you can find bloody fingerprints on the mugs - I guess from the poor guy who packed them), badly overpainted parts at the lid where some of the mugs were damaged and so on. Those mugs are not even suitable for b goods - you just have to toss them. I usually do not write bad reviews but the reason for this one is the replacement policy which does not help the customer a bit. They always insist on a maximum of thirty days after purchase for any complains. This is just not realistic in any way if you order 150, 200, 400 or more mugs and sell them one by one. Even worse: I already addressed the issue within the 30 days but it was just not possible to check all the remaining mugs in the time slot given. Promocatering did not even consider the fact that we have been talking about this over and over again. Good companies do not hide behind a 30 day policy - especially if they know that there are some quality issues. They admitted this after the last delivery but still insisted on no refund. So: if you do not care of about cutting your fingers, throwing lots of products in the bin and feel like they do not care a bit about you: go for it.
